Terms and Conditions
1. Each Body conversion kit requires a 80” shortened (by 14.5”) rear engine VW bug (not Super Beetle) chassis complete with engine and transaxle or Veloce’s custom 80” tubular chassis with or without a custom Veloce engine and transaxle.
2. All fiberglass parts are delivered in gray “sanding” gelcoat, as a prepared surface to paint. 3. A minimum initial fifty percent (50%) deposit of the invoice amount is required to place and order, unless other approved arrangements have been made. However, work will not commence on Buyer’s order, and a production date will not be given, until the full fifty percent (50%) deposit is made. Balance is due upon completion, prior to shipping or picking up.

4. Cancellation of an order received and accepted is subject to a fifteen percent (15%) fee of the total invoice amount for any cancellation of the order on the part of Buyer. 5. Some of the high-performance and racing parts offered by Veloce Motorsports cannot be used for street or off-highway use in some states and communities. Check with your local authorities to make sure the parts comply with those laws before ordering. 6. This warranty to repair or replace is the only warranty express or implied by Veloce Motorsports which are found to be by our examination faulty or defective in material or workmanship within 30 days from the time of order. This warranty does not apply to merchandise altered in any way or after components have been mounted on any chassis. Except for this warranty, Buyer assumes all responsibility at time of installation of his or her vehicle and acknowledges that any fiberglass body conversion kit or product is sold AS-IS without any further warranty, express or implied. 7. Goods will be transported via “best possible” routing at the discretion of Veloce Motorsports unless specific delivery and/or carrier requirements are noted by Buyer on order. Shipping is F.O.B. Roseville, California. 8. Prices are subject to change without notice until the minimum initial deposit is made. Prices do not include state and local taxes (if any), nor do they include crating and shipping. A crating charge will be added in the amount set forth on the order form. 9. Claim for damage in shipment must be made by Buyer directly to the carrier as soon as damage is discovered. Veloce Motorsports is not responsible nor in a position to make a claim after the freight company accepts shipment from Veloce Motorsports. Inspect all merchandise upon receipt in the presence of the driver or agent. 10. The use of “VW” and “Volkswagen” by Veloce Motorsports is for descriptive purposes ONLY and in no way are they used to infer or intend a direct connection between Veloce Motorsports or its products and Volkswagen. 11. All design and production rights are the sole and exclusive property of Veloce Motorsports and registered with the U.S. Patent Office 2001. |
